I can't recommend Steve highly enough. My daughter walked tar across the carpet from the recent work done on the pavements and Steve has got them out and the carpet looks like new again.

His knowledge on cleaning is exceptional. He talked me through everything beforehand, carried out a full pre survey to check the materials of my rug and sofa and what products he’ll need to use etc. He fully explained everything, and I could see how much passion and knowledge he has.
Steve’s customer service skills was top class! He was so friendly, approachable, lovely to speak to, and overall great guy!
He was punctual (even slightly early - which I love), did a really great job, and cleaned up after himself - no mess was left behind!

We use over 20 of Texatherm’s bio degradable chemical solutions as well as their incredible Deep clean extractors and low moisture rotary cleaners giving a dry time of 30 minutes. Up to 2 hours max for the Hot deep clean extraction. The solutions offer advanced polymer protection as standard against water and oil based stains.
